If you have questions about the therapeutic process, I offer a 10 minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and therapeutic goals.

50 minute session (offered only virtually via phone or video call, but possible to be offered in person if you are located in Montreal).
If you are intending on using insurance to help cover the costs of our sessions, please check with your insurance prior to booking: Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
