As a clinician, I emphasize therapist/client collaboration over the course of our work together to ensure a safe, non-judgmental, theory informed space for my clients to explore various spheres of their lives. One size does not fit all, therefore I believe drawing on a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to provide tailored support is essential. My specialized training in EMDR trauma-informed care and systemic theory further informs my approach. Creating a collaborative framework to support my clients in managing their mental health and achieving their wellness goals is central to my practice.
